Napco Gemini Bio-Reader finger print recognition reader

This new offering from the Napco Security Group connects to the three or four wire bus on Napco Gemini panels. It provides fingerprint (template) recognition for up to 100 templates, and allows access control, control panel arming and disarming, and duress (hold-up) activation.

As mentioned, on Napco panels it connects directly to the system (keypad) bus. However, on other manufacturer's panels, control is achieved by relay operation operating in the "keyswitch arming" manner.

It can also be used as a completely stand-alone finger-print reader and controller. In this case, it's internal relay could be used to operate, for instance, a door or gate.

The ruggedised fingerprint reader is augmented by a vandal resistant keypad - codes can be entered via the keypad, via keypad and fingerprint, or fingerprint alone, depending on programming.
